Shipping:

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on holidays and during the holiday season.

Please note: If an item unexpectedly becomes out of stock, you will be notified immediately.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Packages sent within the United States may take up to 8 business days to arrive. Shipping rates are calculated based on method of shipping selected at checkout, weight and destination. Packages will be shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary by destination, especially during peak shipping periods. Please note that weekends and the day of shipment are not considered transit days. 

Shipping time does not include the time to process your order. The following shipping times are estimates and are in no way guaranteed:

  • First Class Mail: 1-3 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

Fresh Blue Mornings is not responsible for packages once they are delivered to the post office.

Returns:

At Fresh Blue Mornings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that you may need to make a return.

We will gladly issue a refund on most items within 14 days of original purchase date, accompanied by the original receipt. 

Sale and seasonal merchandise, books, individual greeting cards, balloons and edible items may not be returned. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Any discount that had been applied to the order will be deducted from the amount of the return.

In order for your return to be accepted, the items must arrive in their original condition and packaging, showing no signs of use. 

Please ensure that the items are packaged well, as we can not accept returns on items that are damaged. Fresh Blue Mornings is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

You will be notified via email upon receipt of your return and again, once your return has been processed.

Tax is collected on purchases shipped to a Tennessee address.
